1. Current News about the Recognition of the Particular qualification Manual Therapy (RPQMT)
- All manual therapists who have submitted their application for RPQMT by the FPS Health, Food chain safety and Environment still need to exercise some patience before to hear news. The reasons for this include the transfer of powers from federal to regional level and the need for setting up the Flemisch and Wallonian Accreditation Committees. ABCIG MATHERA.be has made guidelines for Members who need advice or help for their application (see more in the Archives of the Helpdesk) .
- In the Belgian Government Monitor (Belgisch Staatsblad –Moniteur Belge) dd 12.05.2015 a new Ministerial Decree 23.04.2015 (Ministerieel Besluit/MB - Arrêté ministériel /AR) has been published about the RPQMT. This new regulation has already been integrated in our guidelines for Application for RPQMT by the FPS Health, Food chain safety and Environment.

In het Belgisch Staatsblad van 12.05.2015 verscheen het “Ministerieel besluit (23.04.2015) tot wijziging van het ministerieel besluit van 22 april 2014 tot vaststelling van de gemeenschappelijke erkenningscriteria waarbij de kinesitherapeuten gemachtigd worden zich te beroepen op een bijzondere beroepsbekwaamheid.” Dit MB vervangt in artikel 2 van het ministerieel besluit van 22 april 2014 tot vaststelling van de gemeenschappelijke erkenningscriteria waarbij de kinesitherapeuten gemachtigd worden zich te beroepen op een bijzondere beroepsbekwaamheid, de bepaling onder 1°.
MB dd 22 april 2014 :
Art. 2. Om erkend te worden in één van de bijzondere beroepsbekwaamheden waarop dit besluit van toepassing is, moet de kandidaat :
1° als erkend kinesitherapeut minstens één jaar onder toezicht gewerkt hebben in het domein waarin men de erkenning aanvraagt en dit te staven met een verklaring op erewoord van een gezondheidszorgbeoefenaar die de supervisie uitvoerde;
MB dd 23.04.2015:
Art. 2. Om erkend te worden in één van de bijzondere beroepsbekwaamheden waarop dit besluit van toepassing is, moet de kandidaat :
“1° als erkend kinesitherapeut minstens een jaar praktijkervaring hebben opgedaan in het domein waarin hij de erkenning aanvraagt en dit staven met een verklaring op erewoord van een gezondheidszorgbeoefenaar die deze praktijkvoering heeft vastgesteld;”FR
Le Moniteur belge du 05.12.2015 a publié le «décret ministériel (23.04.2015) modifiant l'arrêté ministériel du 22 Avril, 2014 fixant les critères communs d’agrément autorisant les kinésithérapeutes à se prévaloir d’une qualification professionnelle particulière. Cet AM remplace dans l’article 2 de l’arrêté ministériel du 22 avril 2014 fixant les critères communs d’agrément autorisant les kinésithérapeutes à se prévaloir d’une qualification professionnelle particulière, le 1°.
AM dd 22 april 2014 :
Art. 2. Pour être agréé dans une des qualifications professionnelles particulières soumises à l’application du présent arrêté, le candidat doit :
1° comme kinésithérapeute agréé, avoir eu une pratique supervisée dans le domaine dans lequel on sollicite l’agrément pendant au moins une année et ceci appuyé par une déclaration sur l’honneur d’un professionnel de la santé ayant supervisé cette pratique;
AM dd 23.04.2015:
Art. 2. Pour être agréé dans une des qualifications professionnelles particulières soumises à l’application du présent arrêté, le candidat doit :
1° avoir eu, comme kinésithérapeute agréé, une pratique dans le domaine dans lequel il sollicite l’agrément pendant au moins une année et ceci attesté par une déclaration sur l’honneur d’un professionnel de soins de santé ayant constaté cette pratique
